Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Radqal platform and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. "You" refers to the individual or organisation using the Service.
2. Description of Service
Radqal Systems (Pvt) Ltd provides a cloud-based quality management system ("QMS") designed for African small and medium enterprises. Features include CAPA management, document control, audit checklists, training records, traceability, and real-time reporting.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@radqal.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload malicious code, scrape data in bulk, impersonate others, or violate any applicable law. Radqal reserves the right to suspend accounts in breach of these terms without notice.
5. Subscription and Payment
Free tier access is provided at no cost subject to fair-use limits. Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed via mobile-money providers, card, or bank transfer. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and trademarks relating to the Radqal platform remain the exclusive property of Radqal Systems (Pvt) Ltd. You retain ownership of data you upload to the platform. You grant Radqal a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Radqal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any calendar year is capped at the fees you paid to us during that year. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days during which you may export it; thereafter it is deleted. Radqal may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
9. Data Protection
Radqal Systems (Pvt) Ltd processes personal data in accordance with Zimbabwe's Data Protection Act (Chapter 11:22) and applies GDPR-aligned safeguards as a matter of good practice. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact hello@radqal.com. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is processed only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Harare under applicable Zimbabwean arbitration rules, unless both parties agree otherwise.
