Our Story
Radqal Systems was born from observing dozens of small businesses in Zimbabwe. We saw the same story everywhere: passionate entrepreneurs drowning in paperwork, losing contracts because they couldn’t prove quality, and spending sleepless nights before audits. We knew technology could change that – but only if it was designed for their reality, not a Silicon Valley fantasy.

Vincent T. Nyakubaya
Vincent is the COO and Co-Founder of Radqal Systems. He is a dynamic entrepreneur and analytical chemist with more than 10 years of experience in quality management environments, including GMP/GLP. He is the visionary behind Radqal Systems.
Selestine Mabhunuh
Selestine is the CEO and Co-Founder of Radqal Systems. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and is a visionary leader having been in the business ecosystem for close to 20 years and is a qualified and experienced Administrator and Consultant.
We built Radqal because we believe SME products, especially those by African entrepreneurs, are the best in the world – they just need a system that proves it.
