Radqal Systems (Pvt) Ltd ("Radqal", "we", "us") operates the Radqal Quality Management platform and this website. Our registered office is in Harare, Zimbabwe. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@radqal.com.
2. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — including your name, work email, company name, phone number, and sector — when you fill in a contact or demo-request form, subscribe to our newsletter, or enrol in the Quality Masterclass.
We also collect standard server logs and anonymised analytics data (page views, device type, country) to improve our service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to respond to enquiries, send the newsletters you have opted into, deliver the Masterclass, and improve our platform. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain contact and form data for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion. Newsletter subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@radqal.com.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and anonymised analytics cookies. No advertising cookies are set. You may disable cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@radqal.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Zimbabwe Data Protection Act
Radqal Systems (Pvt) Ltd is a Zimbabwean-registered company and operates in compliance with Zimbabwe's Data Protection Act (Chapter 11:22). This means we process personal data lawfully and fairly, collect only what is necessary for a specified purpose, keep data accurate and up to date, and do not retain it longer than required. Data subjects resident in Zimbabwe have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting us at hello@radqal.com.
8. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Critical quality records on the Radqal platform are additionally hashed and sealed to blockchain. We are SOC 2 aligned, compliant with Zimbabwe's Data Protection Act, and GDPR-friendly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
