No. The SMS interface works on any phone with text capability. Only managers need occasional web access to view the dashboard.

Yes. All data is encrypted. Blockchain hashes ensure records cannot be tampered with.
Can I export reports for quality audits?
Absolutely. Radqal generates PDF reports that auditors accept.
